Excellent system. We are very satisfied with the product and level of customer service.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The system is user friendly and allows us to work with our own team of global translators in multiple languages. There are excellent features including a translation memory which automatically completes words which have been previously translated and a reviewer function which allows all translations to be checked.

The Desktop App has excellent project management tools built in to enable reporting, analysis and invoicing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No spell check function.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Spell check functions would be beneficial.
