What are the best aspects of this product?
We had a localization project on a tight deadline for a fairly large SaaS application. The team at Text United delivered a translation that performed well in it's initial reviews by customers in the desired region. The feedback and QA process was smooth. Dario and the team at Text United delivered as promised.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing. Accessing files in the UI required a few clicks, but I attribute that to the all of the options available and I'm just logging in to access the most recent build of the translation deliverable.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
None that I can think of.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have a SaaS platform that is localization ready. We needed a localization company that could move at our pace when a deal is signed. The team at Text United delivered everything we wanted at a fair price that was well below other quotes I recieved. We'll be using the team for all localization projects moving forward!
