So far, Text United provides some of the best support in the industry. The results are swift and professionally-done. Not to mention, the system itself keeps a database of all of our previously translated text so that we can simply re-use them whenever we need to.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The upfront cost to continue using this program can be a little pricey. There's no spelling checker tool also.
