What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I love just how professional the team over at Text United is. They're always attentive and strive to give me the best support that I need. The program itself is pretty lightweight and does not require a large storage space from the user's end too. So far, I think that this is the best translation program I've ever used.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The layout of the dashboard could use an upgrade, to be honest.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We conduct some of our businesses overseas, and thus, need to sign agreements and send over documents to our counterparts in the other part of the globe. As the need arises, we do need some of our documents to be translated for the sake of the other party. This is where Text United comes in handy. It has helped us translate some of our brochures and company agreements for us. What's also helpful is that it keeps a history of some of our previous translations so that we can have copies of those in hand whenever we need them.
