What are the best aspects of this product?
The software is so advanced and practical; that is why we chose to use it for our daily work. I am happy that I’m able to use TheraNest on various devices. I can schedule remote therapy sessions. Many of my patients find it useful, especially with the ongoing pandemic where most people cannot leave their homes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think that the billing details of the patient should be hidden deep within their files and not shown on the first page. Whatever debt they owe, it should be settled in cash or by their insurance company; these details should not be seen right away. I feel uncomfortable treating patients when I see an outstanding balance showing on top of their records. I raised this issue to customer service, and they told me that they’re currently looking into it. So I’m hoping to hear some positive feedback in a couple of weeks or so.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Everything in our business works like a well-oiled machine. I no longer lose essential records nor miss appointments because TheraNext is always there to help me sort out these issues.
