What are the best aspects of this product?
TheraNest is a fusion of different applications. It helps you manage client database, invoicing, insurance issues, plus appointment setting. It allows you to keep in touch with your clients no matter where you are located.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This app is something that we need for our organization, but you need to be extra patient. The learning curve takes time because not everyone can learn things overnight. What we did is we assigned someone to train other staff members and allow them to have hands-on experience for them to become more comfortable. We sometimes encounter system glitches, but their IT team does something about it, so I don’t worry too much.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It allows us to cater to more clients, which is good news for our practice. We’re happy that we can provide more assistance to our clients through the app by sending them emails and calling them. We can quickly check on our online records and make sure that we are strictly following specific protocols.
