What are the best aspects of this product?

If you would like to go paperless, then TheraNest is an ideal tool for your practice. You can easily book a client schedule and upload your case progress using one single platform. You can also provide training to your staff and colleagues so everyone can use the safe platform and maximize its features at the same time. The customer service team is fantastic because they’re always there to help out.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I use the app on both my computer and cellphone, and I'm quite disappointed. There's a vast difference between these two versions, especially the mobile app. Some functions are quite limited such as client scheduling and uploading notes. It works well on laptops and desktop computers, so it's more suitable for an office setting. I hope that they can work on upgrading the mobile app so therapists can still work while on the go.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ever since I used and installed the program on my computers, everything in my practice is now well organized. My secretary is also happy with the app because she no longer messes up the daily appointments, and all records can be accessed online.
