What are the best aspects of this product?

Very user-friendly interface. Easy to navigate that makes it fun to use. I like how the platform is structured because it allows me to add notes, attach documents and schedule therapy sessions in a single tool. I enjoy the other features because it makes things more efficient in the office.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some features that I find confusing and redundant. One example is the ledger which we never use at all. I prefer clicking on the patient profile so I can add my notations which is easier to find and sort out.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saves our company money because we do not have to invest in multiple applications. All employees have access to the platform, which allows us to schedule our patients' therapy sessions, process invoices, and insurance all the same time. I am happy that we were able to come up with a solution to streamline our workflow.
