What are the best aspects of this product?

Running a practice has never been this easy and convenient, and I have to thank TheraNest for that. It’s so easy to use the app and schedule therapy sessions with clients. I don’t need to use other apps to take charge of my invoices and insurance claims because TheraNest takes care of them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am currently adjusting to the platform because I used to do things manually. From scheduling, notations to taking client histories, I do everything using a pen and paper. There are instances wherein I don’t leave notes because I forgot to do so. I’m hoping that I’ll get the hang of things soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We no longer have to spend so much time prepping and filing for paperwork. We use one system for everything that we need. TheraNest has a way of simplifying our workflow, which my employees and I appreciate.
