What are the best aspects of this product?

The scheduling system works wonders, and I can say that there would never be an app that can surpass the performance of TheraNest. The templates are essential in making a fast and accurate diagnosis of each client. There is a feature where the therapist can leave detailed notes regarding the condition of his/her client. This platform is something that most clinics need to keep their practice well organized.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform is pretty much perfect for my opinion. I've been using it for almost a year already, and so far it has not failed my expectations.

Reviews and audits are very common in our industry. People must do something to improve mental health issues by addressing them in real-time. You can rely on TheraNest to do these things for you. It can audit notes and medical documents on each client account to maintain and implement the check and balance. Also, I admire its flexibility and functionality, which makes TheraNest my go-to app.
