What are the best aspects of this product?

The app is very impressive, in my opinion, because it's easy to use, and its features are awesome. One of the primary advantages of using TheraNest is providing sessions using digital communication or video calls. Not all apps are capable of doing this, so I guess I'm lucky to have TheraNest in the workplace.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They should work on their online statements of accounts. It takes longer to download them at times, and it’s complicated to understand the breakdown of the charges.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Everything I need is found in just one platform. I don’t need to use an actual calendar to book appointments because it can be done online. TheraNest is capable of sending reminders, mass emails and store medical records. I can say that it's worth the price.
