PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The app itself is so functional because I can schedule therapy sessions on my computer or using my smartphone. It is now easier to send client invoices and process billing disputes with healthcare companies. I love the way TheraNest takes good care of patient records; that is why I am confident that I have all the things that I need in one platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that TheraNest needs to wok on some of its security features. I experienced getting a message that there is a possibility that some files can be deleted during the integration process. That is why I always make sure to double-check other apps before I start syncing them with each other. I don’t want to mess up the system, so I had to get in touch with customer service to help me fix the issue. However, I like using TheraNest because I can reach out to my clients anytime without the need to give out my mobile number.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My assistant is always giving me positive reviews about the product. She finds a way to organize my schedule by making sure that I handle at least five client sessions daily. The billing system is fast and efficient, should there be any disputes TheraNest always finds a way to solve it right away.
