What are the best aspects of this product?

What I appreciate most about this platform is it gives therapists a chance to create a stable work framework to ensure that their practice is smooth sailing at all times. The way TheraNest has structured it that it simplifies each aspect of the practice from scheduling, billing of clients, providing treatment recommendations, and making follow-ups. TheraNest serves a lot of purpose in the practice that is why we take pride and value in this platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to hate or dislike about the product, it has been tried and tested for years. The only thing that they need to work on is their reporting feature. I’m sometimes having issues in downloading massive files which I still need to export. I hope that they could address this issue before the year ends.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

TheraNest is something that I would gladly recommend to my peers because it helps you secure patient information without the fear of violating confidentiality protocols. The app is HIPPA compliant so you have nothing to worry about. Plus its dashboards are easy to navigate and comprehend which makes your daily routine tasks easier to handle.
