Customer service replies fast and is always friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not worth the cheap price.
Translated 4 documents and in EVERY document were about 3-6 mistakes. Also signatures or words were completely missing.

Even after sending the correction request to Wordpoint, they still didn't manage to correct every mistake.
Customer service was fast and always friendly though.

I marked every wrong translation and wrote the correct translation next to it!!

With the effort it took to correct all their mistakes I could've just translated it myself.

As a foreigner I can speak and translate English better than this company that is located in the UK.
