A great alternative to MS Office suite

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is cost-effective and works well. A great option for those with no enough budget to get an MS office. The pricing plans are affordable and any average users will surely be able to afford them. There's also a free trial available for those who want to use the product but don't want to pay for it yet. I find the free trial really helpful because it gives you a chance to figure out how the tool works and know whether it fits your preferences and needs. You got a chance to explore the product without any risk. And once you decide to purchase the license, that would be yours forever. This is a big advantage over other office providers with license valid only for a year. Thinkfree is overall amazing. It's spreadsheet and the data processing on them is just incredible. It is easy to open MS office files and share them with colleagues. The mobile version is also really helpful especially when I'm out of the office. It lets me continue my work even while on the go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The support is not so good. There are times when it takes days before we get a response from them. Also, the add-ons are pretty limited. So it's quite hard to do some stuff like creating pie-charts in the spreadsheet. More add-ons would be helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets with ease. Thinkfree office, in general, is an awesome office suite
