What are the best aspects of this product?

Ticket Tailor makes it very easy to create events and ticketing as well as customizable discount codes, easy-to-import widgets and even allows you to change your subscription level in between events in case you're not producing year-round. Ticket sales are deposited directly to PayPal so there is also no wait time to receive your earnings. Very user-friendly all around - I am beyond happy with Ticket Tailor and highly recommend them!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really don't have anything negative to say, they're a great service.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Perhaps fancier graphics but I'm simple and don't necessarily need frills.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We needed an affordable platform for our audiences to be able to purchase tickets online to our productions, Ticket Tailor was the solution.
