What are the best aspects of this product?
Really love the monthly payment! It saves a great deal of money as opposed "small" percentage fee charged by other similar programs. I love that I can "pause" my subscription when not hosting an event and that all my info is saved when I continue again.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The phone app for ticket scanning could run a little smoother but is seems to work great when set up correctly.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Hard to say... maybe hard ticket printing.
