What are the best aspects of this product?
Really easy to use and set up. Great customer support ensures any questions I had were answered quickly.
The fact that our branding is used throughout any interactivity with end users is also great.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing at the moment. Everything the Ticket Tailor system promises to do, it has done superbly.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Only used it for one event so far, and everything has been great and answered all our needs.

Buying each product online has enabled not to worry about handling a lot cash on the day of the event.
