What are the best aspects of this product?
I found it to be a very easy platform to set-up an event for our continuing education course. It was easy to send links via email to market our event.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I found it a little confusing to change/edit fees associated with ticket purchase.

Saving money by not having a full blown website-I can have people land on the ticket tailor event page for more info about the event, purchase tickets to the event etc...
