What are the best aspects of this product?

The setup was straight forward, flexible, minimal administration and cost effective plans. Documentation is clear, concise and questions are answered promptly. We effectively created ticket types and groups to manage ticket sales.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Integration with additional payment platforms.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Addition of a seating plan feature would make the application a 10+.

Administration of ticket sales.
