Ticket Tailor was recommended by a friend who set up online box office for school events.
It offers competitive pricing and gives so much flexibility on ticket types, design.
We are using it to set up an event for a charity and Ticket Tailor gives us a 20% charity discount. It is a platform that allows sale of tickets as well as taking donation. It is our first time using online platform and so far, the experience is an excellent one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Administration of event of over 500 people. It allows us effective marketing of the event, efficient online sign-up and collection process, tracking sales and making seat arrangements. We also like the ability to send update emails to those who have signed up to interact with the audience before and after the event.
