Customization, pricing is amazing, simple to set up and to use via the app. Really has been a life saver for us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be nice to be able to use customizable event id's and passwords, but not really a problem of any substance.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Always would be nice to have more customization tools, but what they have his more than fine.

Eventbrite charges 18% in fees. It's incredulous. The flat rate for our non-profit has been such a massive cost-saver for us.
