What are the best aspects of this product?
It allows me to ask buyers custom questions when they purchase tickets, unlike Eventbrite. It allows me to send email blasts to ticket purchasers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would love a way to have a standard Covid release form, sent 24 hours before my event.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see an easy way to transfer a customer who has already paid from one date to another.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Eventbrite, I only had customers emails. The emails sent to customers through eventbrite never worked, my customers never received them. If I wanted to send an email in advance, I had to manually go through my Eventbrite orders. On Ticket Tailor is is incredibly easy to send email blasts.
