What are the best aspects of this product?
Ticket Tailor is great. It is simple to set up and operate and the help and support from Ticket Tailor is first class. It is really cost effective because there is no per ticket commission, just a one off price depending on how many tickets are to be sold per event.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing to dislike - it really meets all our requirements
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Perhaps more customisation of the box office front screen - but very minor point

Tickets are being sold by and in-house system instead of using an expensive 3rd party ticketing company.
Much more manageable and easily modified.
