What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the monthly subscription over individual ticket charge feature of ticket tailor, as it makes it easier to budget your costs without offloading your expenses onto your customers if you don't want to. It is extremely user friendly and easy to manage your subscriptions.

It doesn't have a group discount feature
