PROS: I have a lifetime subscription and have been using Tiger VPN for a few years. My VPN set up didn't connect so I logged into my dashboard to find that out of the blue they labeled my subscription as inactive. I immediately contacted them... over and over. I have now tried to contact them repeatedly for weeks with no response. I've used the web portal which is what they suggest as well as their help email which I have used in the passed to communicate with them. I even sent them a message though Facebook Messenger. No response at all.. Crickets To sum up in four words: BAD NEWS! CROOKED COMPANY!!
CONS: My account stopped working out of the blue and I my emails, Facebook messages, and web portal chat sessions go unanswered for weeks now.
