PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have a lifetime subscription and have been using Tiger VPN for a few years. My VPN set up didn't connect so I logged into my dashboard to find that out of the blue they labeled my subscription as inactive. I immediately contacted them... over and over. I have now tried to contact them repeatedly for weeks with no response. I've used the web portal which is what they suggest as well as their help email which I have used in the passed to communicate with them. I even sent them a message though Facebook Messenger.

No response at all.. Crickets



To sum up in four words:

BAD NEWS!

CROOKED COMPANY!!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My account stopped working out of the blue and I my emails, Facebook messages, and web portal chat sessions go unanswered for weeks now.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

For it to work and and to be able to contact anyone there.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None now. This service has now added problems and cheated us out of a subscription ... it looks like.
