What are the best aspects of this product?

You don't have to know programming languages to create your own website using this platform. It is very easy to use Tilda. It also has many templates and ready samples of design if you don't want to think about your personal design.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Only one website is available on personal plan, so if you need two of them you have to chose business plan which allows to add five websites, even if it's too much for you.
