What are the best aspects of this product?

I can easily use Tilda even without a background in building websites. They offer various ready designs to choose from that perfectly suits the services we offer. Plus, I love how simple it is to layout everything!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The GDPR compliance, I think, should be more visible to the users when filling out forms. Mailchimp integration needs improvement.
