What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the software’s simple user interface, the regular reminders and notifications, its comprehensive reporting features and tracking tools, the fantastic screenshot feature, and integrations with several third-party applications. Time Doctor also offers users complete control over starting the timer and stopping it so the software can know exactly how much time a user spends on a particular activity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have a bit of a problem with the mobile functionalities and features because they are not running as smoothly as the desktop version. And sometimes, the desktop version slows down computers. The pop-up messages can be a bit overwhelming. It is sometimes hard to contact the customer support team and there are times when they are not able to provide us the solutions. The pricing scheme would also be better if it’s fixed instead of per user.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to track our staff’s work activities effectively, make a better workflow, streamline the process of payroll reporting, and many more. Since deploying the software, we also become more accountable when it comes to billing. Overall, this software helped us complete projects in a more seamless and efficient way.
