What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is a perfect solution that answers our needs. It does a big help in billing and analyzing costs while keeping us on top of our daily business activities. The automated reminders always save me from distractions so I can focus on my work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s quite frustrating that Time Doctor is not integrated with Quickbook. Our work could have been much easier with this collaboration.

Time Doctor delivers a clear summary of the time spent on certain projects and lets us assess on which area our people are spending most of their time. The acquired result helps us balance workloads and decide whether to outsource tasks.
