What are the best aspects of this product?

This easy-to-use software works well in tracking working hours, projects, activities, and others. It comes with a dashboard where we can manage our staff, tasks, and projects and even provides screenshots to track employees’ activities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing I don’t like about Time Doctor is its ability to show screenshots to multiple people. Those who have admin access can view your computer’s screenshots, know what software you are accessing, and see the time you spent on work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Time Doctor does an exceptional job in tracking the time we spent on a particular task and validating everyone’s output.
