What are the best aspects of this product?

Time Doctor is surprisingly fast and easy to use. I only spent about 10 minutes setting it up and learning how it works. Its interface is user-friendly and has a nice design. Aside from that, many features that can help boost your productivity are available. With the features like task tracking, keyboard and mouse activity, etc, employees are becoming more aware of how they are spending their working time and more accountable for their actions. I was able to know how long I have been online. There are also pop-up messages which are helpful whenever I’m veering off course from my schedule.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Time Doctor may not be for everyone. Some people love and thrives working alone. So getting constantly monitored may just distract them and keep them from giving their best performance at work. Therefore, it will be a bit dangerous to rely on the software's data alone when assessing a worker's performance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to focus on work. Whenever I get off course, the software sends pop-up notices which get me back on track. And since everyone at work has Time Doctor that monitors their activities, I feel like everyone is really doing the job. It makes the work environment looks and feels fair. And is not overly restrictive. It only monitors the activities during working hours.
