What are the best aspects of this product?

Time Doctor is a great time tracking software. What I really love about it, aside from tracking time spent on projects, is the automatic screenshots which I can view whenever I want to. I usually view the screenshots to compare the time I have spent on design work and admin task and monitor the progress. The capability to create invoices from my home office is also an amazing thing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I actually cannot think of anything bad about the software. But I think it would be more incredible if the Time Doctor offers mobile integration so we can track certain information even while on the go.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to prioritize tasks, track the time spent on projects, and generate invoices.
