What are the best aspects of this product?

There are three great things that I like about Time Doctor. First, I am able to add a number of different tasks and set a timer for each one. So I know how much time is spent working on a particular task. Second, I get a report on the number of hours the employees are working each day, week, and month. So finding who do their job well and who is idle is a breeze. Last but not least, the system screenshots the computer activities of the employees so I know exactly what they are doing during working hours.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing that I hate about the software is the popup. Sometimes, when an employee asks for assistance and I leave the desktop unattended for 15 minutes, there will be a popup asking if I am still working.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to record the activities of employees at work.
