What are the best aspects of this product?

Time Doctor can really help you break down your tasks so you can make the most of your day. It's thorough and you can add tasks as you go. It has helped me stay on top of everything related to work so far.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The screen capture feature doesn't really work if you open the software in multiple screens. You'd have to exit the other screen you have open if you want to capture one screen. Needless to say, this can be quite a hassle.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has been instrumental in how effective I and my teammates have been in handling tasks.
