What are the best aspects of this product?
Timecamp offers fairly simple time tracking. This is great if it's just one user, but once you start adding more users, coordinating and communicating using their tool may become painful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Customer service, cancelling the account.
You can't just "Cancel" your subscription in their system. You have to remove all of your users and downgrade to a free plan. Even though we had previously cancelled and got rid of the old credit card, their system pulled the new card number via credit card services, reactivated our account, and charged us for another annual plan. They then went on to accusingly claim that we changed the credit card number. They then refused to cancel the account or issue a refund.
