What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that TimeCamp is able to help me create reports filtered according to time periods and helps me monitor how much time I spend on various projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's easy enough to use and would be even better if there are best practice documents that show how to optimize key features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to track my time and keep myself accountable for tasks. The automated timer helps too, instead of manually entering the time I've spent on tasks and projects.
