What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it's fast and intuitive, so it adapts to our needs. Its functionalities are great -- the time tracking is so effective for when you need to optimize work processes. It enables us to finish projects on time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There were minor lags when we look through the tracking records, but nothing too big. Overall I still feel it's the best thing we did, in using TimeCamp. We look forward to its continued great services.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to finish projects a lot quicker. It's made us more efficient. Its functionalities are reliable, including report generation. It's truly a time-saver.
