What are the best aspects of this product?

It is the best time tracker I have ever used in my life. I like that TimeChimp is helping me track my work and keep me updated about the length of time I would usually spend on a project. I can make informed decisions about company plans and strategize which one to prioritize based on urgency.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

TimeCamp is usually reliable, but lags in report generation and total time calculation for the tasks could be improved a lot more to keep up its efficient service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's a very helpful time tracking tool that helped me become more organized at work and tasks among our team is more clear. It keeps me looped in with what's going on even while I'm away, so I'm able to track the status of tasks to be completed and how much time it usually takes to finish the entire project.
