What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that TimeCamp helps us with time management. It helps us track the time for tasks and projects assigned to each member of our team, so we can be as productive as much as we can, given the time limits. It's a busy team with a lot of work and pressure, so we're all for avoiding burnout and overburdening ourselves.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great to be able to generate reports a lot more quickly, and for newbies to be able to find their way around the site more easily too. It helps encourage them to get started and use TimeCamp more.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to become more time-efficient and productive because we would gauge tasks, activities, and clients that have more urgency than the others. Everything is measurable so we know how each project can profit. This then allows us to have leverage with our clients in terms of the financial aspects of the projects we pitch.
