A fantastic option to have!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Tipalti has saved my life so many times in sending out payment by batches. It did a spectacular job handling thousands of payees at the same time. Everything was done by hand before I discovered this gem. When I made my switch, it saved a lot of time! Setting it up and migrating data took a bit of time, but Tipalti was right there with me the entire time. Great support staff too!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One downer for me is that I had a difficult time checking an image. The only way for me to make that happen is by going through customer support. While the process won't make you wait long, it's still a step that I find annoying. Keep in mind that this just a minor issue not a big one!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped me in a lot of ways. It tremendously improved the efficiency of how I send out mass payments. I'm also encountering less errors as a result of doing things manually. Payees can now manage their own personal details (whic is a big plus for me).
