PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how this software works! I can easily pay the invoices that I want and in batches. Training non-account types are super simple. Onboarding new suppliers and vendors are a cinch! It's a blessing to have something like this despite some caveats.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, it doesn't have a 1099 automation. There's not option to set up multiple payments for one user. It seems there's no integration to the ERP we're currently running.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The minute we deployed Tipalti, we abruptly put an end to doing in-house checks. This made it easier for us to transact with traditional banking systems such as wire transfer modules or ACH --- both considered to be a long process especially when done in bulk.
