What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the greatest things with this app is that our payess can look into payment details without us having to send out statements. The process involved in registration is simple. Our payees can receive payment in the form of a check or ACH. They have the option to update their own contact or payment preferences as well as tax details in their own time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Initially, collecting payment details appeared to be a tedious process. But after trying it out the first time, they were able to do things within the app without any help.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to save a ton of money on both paper and postage. The days of mailing out checks, deposit notices, or statements are over. This app saved us a lot of time!
