What are the best aspects of this product?

Tipalti is capable of processing different kinds of payments. It can initialize ACH, checks, and wire transfers simultaneously to trim down the APR processing. Approval processing. Even though we haven't tried the iFrame integration, we like its potential. We're excited to finally get our vendors to have complete control of updating their payment of preference as well looking into their payment history.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's currently no integration with QBO. But I was informed this come around soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It solved a lot of problems that we faced with payments and approvals. First off, it saved us a great deal of time than what we previously had to deal with. Second, there's transparency in sending and receiving payment. Going through the approval process is stress-free thanks to improved security. Lastly, more compliance is made in validating data.
