What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the fact that each individual person can create and work in customized views best for them. This brings in all the functionality of multiple systems out there today.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are so many features and views that I am not always sure which one I should be work in.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

None that come to mind

We were able to work with only one solution as opposed to having to work in multiple different apps. Huge time and cost savings.
