What are the best aspects of this product?

The process of scheduling people has become a less tedious process. Instead of scheduling each individual, the platform lets its user create a team and schedule at once. So I am able to finish the process fast. In addition, the solution also offers the ability to remove individuals from the schedule. It's a great and really useful feature when somebody cancels participation in the last minute.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when I accidentally add members to the wrong group or family because I didn't notice I already got stuck in a certain family while editing. I wish this functionality is more seamless. Furthermore, finding individuals on the list is quite hard. Wish they improve on this one. Lastly, we often have difficulties connecting our printer to the solution.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are now able to make schedules faster and easily spot and fix schedule conflicts. Also, our leaders now have a tool they can use to effortlessly manage their team.
