What are the best aspects of this product?
We now need only one system - the Tithle.ly to store and access the information of all our members and it has made my job a lot easier. I can easily know the exact number of individuals I have to handle, create a schedule with ease by creating groups, organize things, etc. Overall, it's an awesome solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I usually prefer to text than to make calls so it's a bit sad that the system does not offer an option to make follow-ups through SMS. I hope they add an ability to make follow up emails or SMS.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
All the staff of our organization is now able to access information of our members with so much ease and convenience. Everything is located in just one place.
