What are the best aspects of this product?

It has made managing and monitoring donations easier. The reports that Tithe.ly sends to me whenever a member donates is also very helpful. We can keep track of the donations effortlessly. Also, since the platform is very easy to use, our members are loving it and more and more individuals are encouraged to donate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some members are worried about the safety of their donations while other members are afraid they won't be able to learn how to use the system. So getting them to use the solution is a bit challenging.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The number of individuals donating has increased. The members who rarely donates now do it more frequently. It's definitely a helpful solution.
