What are the best aspects of this product?

Tithe.ly is very simple and fast to implement and easy to use. Setting it up only takes a few minutes. Afterward, you can already start donating. It is also very straightforward so new users will never have any difficulties finding their way around and getting a hang of it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Changing monthly deposits or cards can be quite hard. Other than that, everything is good. And whenever we encounter issue, the Tithe.ly administration is always available to fix it in no time. We just call them or send them an email and they usually respond immediately.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes it easier for the church and its leaders to collect and manage donations from many different individuals.
